Rodent app does not collect any personal information like emails, names, pictures, etc. Data from connected accounts is only stored locally on the device when it is required for functionality and performance of Rodent. This data is strictly confidental and cannot be accessed by other apps (on non-rooted devices).
Rodent does collect usage data using Google Analytics. That data is anonymous and aggregated to understand general usage patterns. This helps Rodent developers to correct bugs and focus on the most important features.
Note that Rodent acts like the interface between you and your Mastodon instance. The Mastodon instance that you connect to will store your account information and the messages and images you publish. Each Mastodon instance has its own privacy policy that you can usually find in their homepages.
